About Me

COACHING BUILT ON DISCIPLINE AND EXPERIENCE

Sport has always been a normal part of my life. I discovered my passion for fitness during college and advanced into strength training, which shaped me into more than just a personal trainer for my clients.

Fitness taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and getting up when things get tough. Through bodybuilding and everyday training, I learned how to build programs that work.

My goal is not only to help people become stronger and fitter, but also to help them build confidence and mental strength.

Every client I work with has their own goals, and together we build a structured approach to reach them.

Training & Getting Started

Not at all. I work with all levels and all ages. We start where you are and build from there. No judgment, no pressure. Just consistent progress.

That depends on your goals. I offer 1on1 and 1on2 personal training, HYROX and HIIT sessions, and online coaching. Every programme is built around what you want to achieve. We figure that out together during the intake.

Tell me about it and we work around it. I'll adjust the programme so we keep making consistent progress, without making things worse.

Yes. But no strict diets or rigid meal plans. I give you practical guidance that fits your lifestyle and supports your training. Small, consistent changes beat an extreme diet every time.

In person sessions are at TrainMore Koninginneweg Amsterdam. Online coaching is available worldwide. All you need is a gym or a space to train.

Commitment

That depends on where you start and how consistent you are. Most people feel a difference in energy and strength within the first few weeks. Visible results usually follow between 6 and 12 weeks. No shortcuts, just consistent work in the right direction.

That's exactly why people come to me. We build a programme that fits your life. Whether you train twice a week or five times, consistency is always the goal and we'll find a way to make it happen.

Most clients train 2 to 4 times a week, with sessions of around 60 minutes. Online coaching gives you full flexibility. You train when it suits you, and the programme is built to keep you consistent.

Absolutely. We'll sort out a payment arrangement that works for you. No stress.

If you have to, yes. Subscriptions are flexible. I'd always rather talk it through first and adjust the plan, but I won't lock you into something that doesn't work for you.

Commitment and consistency. You don't have to be perfect, but you do have to show up for yourself. I'll help you build the structure and accountability to make that easier. I'm in your corner throughout the week, not just during sessions.
